Clay Steves, Founder & CEO
Clay's journey from founding a fledgling business out of his rent house to leading a diverse collective of successful companies underscores his profound belief in the transformative power of coaching. Initially struggling to unite his team and professionalize his business, Clay's turning point came with hiring his first coach, leading his original venture to thrive for over a decade.
This experience, coupled with the realization that most coaching overlooked the holistic challenges of leadership and the integration of faith, inspired the founding of Restoration Group. A passionate public speaker, podcaster, and specialist in 1:1 coaching, Clay focuses on leaders eager to blend their Christian faith with their professional lives. Married to Kirsten for 18 years and a father to five, he cultivates a home of refuge, grounded in his faith and the pursuit of eternal restoration.
Michael Mead, Partner & Business Coach
Before his business career, Michael served as a pastor at LifeChurch for 7 years, leading volunteer teams of 50-800 and embarking on a journey of self-awareness and leadership development. Transitioning from ministry, he briefly worked with Dave Ramsey's company in Nashville before returning to Oklahoma, just in time to welcome his first child with his wife, Kimberly, in 2021.
Partnering with Clay, Michael has since been instrumental in starting and growing multiple ventures.
Certified in Donald Miller’s Business Made Simple in 2023, he applies over a decade of leadership experience to help Oklahoma City businesses thrive, notably impacting multi-million dollar companies and a brokerage that grossed $80M in sales in 2023.
Michael and Kimberly now reside in Edmond, Oklahoma, dedicated to making a kingdom impact through their work and community.
